  • Record payments and refunds against devices; the net total reflects your real cost.
  • Use it alongside Providers to reconcile what you pay your resellers against what you bill.

Record a ledger entry

A minimal money/renewal log — who paid what, when, for how long. Attach to a device, an owner, or both. This does not change a device's expiry (use Devices → Expiry for that).
