Providers — track each reseller line as an account.

• Create one provider account per reseller line: label, max connections (capacity), cost, and expiry. No passwords are stored here — device credentials stay encrypted on each device.
• Link devices to their provider (on the device). The panel then shows active / total vs max and flags oversold lines on the Dashboard and Triage.
• Pair with the Ledger to track what each line costs you over time.
