Dashboard — your fleet at a glance plus the portal list.

• The KPI cards summarise the fleet: total / online devices, expiry buckets, and oversold provider lines (more linked devices than a line's connection cap).
• The portals table is the shared list of upstream servers. Check Health probes each from the edge — a best-effort badge, not ground truth (some portals block datacenter IPs).
• Portals you add here also appear as presets in the Devices assign form, so you don't retype server URLs.
